Giving Forth Truth to the Next Generation
Merlyn is no stranger to Fourth. He and his wife Dottie began attending with their children back in 1958. Later, they embarked on Fourth’s church plant, Northview Bible Church, in the late 1970s. They returned to Fourth in 1989. Merlyn has served in various ministries including worship leading, campus group teaching, mission’s commission, and the finance committee. As an elder, Merlyn brings longevity in Christ as well as an historical perspective to the church. Merlyn and Dottie have been married 60 years and have two adult children and six grandchildren.
Brett and his wife Angela have been at Fourth since January, 2013. Together, they have served in the leadership of Soul Mates, a small group designed for married couples. Brett desires to help the body of Christ discover and use the gifts God has given to expand His kingdom.
Mike and Nancy Lambert have been married for 22 years and have three children, Daniel, Samuel and Ethan, Mike served as a deacon for three years prior to his term on the elder board. He and his wife taught 5th and 6th grade for six years. The Lambert family has been at Fourth since September, 2009 and is willing to serve anywhere.
Ed Underhill Jr. grew up at Fourth, the youngest of four boys to Ed and Elaine Underhill. He and his wife JoAnn have been married 33 years, have four adult children and four grandchildren. Ed teaches at Lakeland High School in Rathdrum, Idaho, and has been there for 28 years. This is Ed’s first term on the elder board, although he has served in other capacities throughout the years.
Born and raised in Bremerton, Washington, Keith grew up in a Christian home, but never anticipated being a preacher. However, on August 12, 1989, following high school graduation, Keith dedicated his life to pastoral ministry at a Christian conference at Colorado State University. He attended Multnomah Bible College (BA in Theology, 1993) and Biblical Seminary (Master of Divinity, 1995), where he met his wife Lori, also a student. Following graduation, Keith served as an associate pastor at Suburban Christian Church in Corvallis, Oregon for nearly five years.
In December 2000, God led Keith and his family to Emmanuel Bible Fellowship in Olympia, Washington, where Keith was the senior pastor for 12 years. During this time, Keith completed a Doctor of Ministry from Talbot School of Theology (2008) as well as a PhD in New Testament from University of Bristol (2011). With a deep love for teaching, Keith taught adjunct for Ecola Bible School and Moody Bible Institute-Spokane for many years.
At the end of 2012, in a unique opportunity, God called Keith to Spokane, Washington to pastor Fourth Memorial Church and to teach on faculty at Moody Bible Institute. Keith has published two books: Temporal Judgment and the Church (Biblical Studies Press, 2012) and Paul and Money (Zondervan, 2015).
Together, Keith and Lori have three children, Joshua, Justin and Jena. Keith enjoys

Having been raised in the church from infancy, Paul has attended Fourth his entire life. Over the last decade, he has been teaching adult Bible studies, which is his passion. In semi-retirement, he enjoys studying financial markets and national politics. He has been married to his wife Gail for 28 years.
Curtis and his wife Brenda have been married for 21 years and have five children. Both grew up in Eastern Washington and have attended Fourth since 1998. Curtis has served as an elder since 2003 and has been involved in many ministries, including leading adult campus and home groups, serving as AWANA Commander, teaching children's Sunday school, and serving on the worship team and the finance committee.

Matt and his wife, Alyssa, have been married for 15 years and have 4 sons. They have attended Fourth Memorial since 2006. Matt is in his second term on the Elder Board, and has also served as a Deacon. The Dunmores have helped in a variety of ministries, but have focused mainly on children’s ministry, especially AWANA and children’s Campus Groups (formerly Sunday School).
Sushil and his wife Katrina got married in 2012, and they have a daughter, Sevita. They both grew up moving frequently; and between the two of them, they have moved over 45 times both in the US and overseas. They are grateful to now call Fourth their home. Since coming to Fourth in 2014, Sushil has been involved in several ministries including teaching adult campus group, prayer ministry, and serving as part of the sound tech team. Sushil has a passion for teaching and for training up the next generation.
